Worried about semiconductor Quality Control and rejects?
Want to reduce semiconductor costs in your plant?
Do you know about SUPER DRY - electronic super dehumidified storage?

Modern semiconductor packages such as BGAs can suffer from cracks, voids and bridges during the reflow process if insufficient attention is paid to HUMIDITY CONTROL.
Even after baking (dehydration) moisture will be absorbed immediately if it is left in the clean room, and high temperature heating in the next process will cause separation between LSI chips and organic boards!

Conventional nitrogen purged storage cabinets are up to 100 times more expensive to run than SUPER DRY cabinets.

Applications:

    • Drying and Storing IC Packages and other components before assembly
    • Drying and Storing PCBs before and after assembly
    • Dry Storage of part-assembled PCBs
    • Drying of liquid crystal boards after washing
    • Dry Storage of quartz crystals, adhesives, resins, films and other hygroscopic materials
    • Dry Storage of silicon wafers prior to fabrication
